how to migrate to canada/australia?

how to migrate to canada/australia?

answers 0:i came to the US about 8years ago as tourist and was offered a job as biller for a dental office. said employer was more than willing to petition me. i got my labor cert and other paper works done but NOT the change of status. still waiting for a bill to be passed for those who illegally stayed here like the 245I - miracle, right! but now i'm looking for other options as i'm getting tired of waiting and somehow losing hope. so thought of canada 'coz i have my brother and his family there. is that something possible and how?how about australia?thanks for your help.did check the CIC website but would like to ask your personal expertise or experience.thanks again and God bless....Show moreanswers 1:Here is Australia http://www.immi.gov.au/answers 2:Turn into a bird!answers 3:you will run into problems. The only way to get! to Canada in your case would be for your brother to sponsor you (provided your brother is there legally). When he fills out those forms, they will ask questions and see that you have been in the US illegally and this will hurt you application. My suggestion is to stay and stick it out in the US.answers 4:if you are currently ILLEGAL in USA then you will NOT be permitted to immigrate to Canada. you must return to your home country (where you are legal) and apply from there.answers 5:From the US side you can call 1 800 O canada, that is a letter O not a zero between the zero and the c. are you legal in the us, because if you are not canada will not accept you if you are illegal in the us. go find the buffalo embasssy consulate for canada at www.cic.gc.ca and you will have to file via them. I immigrated to Canada but I am a legal US citizen and my husband is canadian.answers 6:Do you really expect to get Australians to pick Canada or New Zealand? If it was me, I would say: 1! . Australia 2. New Zealand (cos they're our cousins!) 3. Canad! a Australia has such diversity in terms of places to go. The beaches are probably some of the best in the world; the cities have everything you would find anywhere in the world; the country (rural) areas can be close to cities or quite isolated. We have rainforests, deserts, wilderness areas that are so beautiful. If you like the sun, come to Queensland. If snow and cooler weather is more your style, go to NSW, Vic or Tasmania. For National Parks and wilderness areas, the Northern Territory, Tasmania or Western Australia. Northern Territory and South Australia have a diversity with Desert, wilderness, rural and city centres. Why pick Australia? Why would you go anywhere else? Apart from a few, most Australians are friendly and welcoming....
