WHAT IS COMPUTER NETWORKING?

Simona Bulwinkle: Networking is using cables and/or routers/hubs to connect computers together.The most common form is internet networking, which allows computers to communicate w/ each other, and also all computers can access the internet.

Hubert Jestes: It is connecting more than one computer together so they can share information.Usually used to refer to a LOCAL or private network.

Nicolasa Henke: Networking is basically a common computer language that all computers can speak. It allows computers with different operating systems to connect to each other and exchange data.

Foster Koopmann: Networking is how smart people link up to devise truly horrific and humorous punishments for people who insist on using all-caps and getting other people to do their homework.
