For eyeliners, Revlon Colorstay is a good option. Avon Glimmersticks
are definitely good options for swimming, and they're sparkly :) Urban
Decay's 24/7 pencil comes in tons of fun colors, and once it dries
down, it's completely waterproof. <br>

As for foundations, I would try Dew Finish Radiant Glow Foundation
Waterproof SPF15. The sunscreen is nice, since you'll probably be
swimming outside :D I haven't used it personally, but I've heard it
works well in the pool if you follow their directions: <br>

Just keep in mind that this stuff might still not last in the pool. It
will definitely work better though, but nothing is COMPLETELY
waterproof! <br>
