Hair Tips For Black Hair?
answers1: Try not to use heat appliances too much, and always use a
heat protectant, to help prevent any further damage to your hair. You
can use your blow dryer on the warm setting ( briefly), or, preferably
on the cool setting. This will help to avoid damage. Your hair is
delicate and you MUST be careful with it if you want it to grow.
Deep conditioning treatments, split end treatments, and such will not
be good to use a lot for you. If you use it every week or more, you
will over condition your hair, causing it to be even softer and
delicate, amking your hair more vulnerable to damage and sensitive.
These treatments are great for hair that isn't too damaged, because it
will help nourish and strengthen the hair strands, protecting it from
breakage, when used properly.
Also, try to avoid washing your hair everyday, if you do- wash it
once or twice a week at the most. I had a friend who was African
American and had slightly dry hair, who washed her hair no more than
once a month, using shampoo- you can rinse your hair with water
whenever you want- this won't strip your hair of its natural oils as
much as using shampoo will. This will let your hair absorb the natural
oils better, and produce the oils better. Make sure you are using
sulfate-free shampoos ( L'Oreal Paris as a whole line of them, and are
relatively cheap), and use a deep conditioning treatment once very
other week, only for the suggested time frame, too avoid over
conditioning your hair.
Hope I helped, have a nice day!
answers2: LOL nice weave!!!! But anyways, you're black and your hair
is short and nappy because of your genes. There is nothing you can do
about it.
