Don't know why I'm being ignored and not talked to. I'm 24 female and skinny. I'm nice and started job at taco bell and all the girls ignore?  

answers 0:The girl crew members don't talk to me only to ask me to do somethung. The boys are friendly and talk to me. Its weird cause this happened all in school which some girls talking to me. This happened when I went to dental assisting school, it was a small group of girls and they all did stuff without me. I'm not the greatest with eye contact. Maybe you are very attractive, the reason the boys are friendly and talk to you. Maybe they are intimidated by you for some reason. When you say you are "not the greatest with eye contact" this could mean you are shy and could be taken as you being standoffish or even arrogant. There are just some thoughts.
