Where to put :"About the Author:?

answers1: Most of the time, it's on the back page. The contents,
dedication and copyright goes on the front. However, in some study
editions of books like Jane Eyre, the back pages are the study
material and there is a small historical note on the author at the
front where the dedication is normally.

You should be concentrating on writing your book first of all. Nobody
cares about your "about" page until after you've got a publishing
contract.
