Tyler Burkman: It depends on the area. I dont go to bars anymore, but from my experience, some places pick up at 10pm or so. It depends on what you like. If you like to go to big dance club bars, then it may be best to get there early, such as 9pm or so, before everyone crowds the place, esp if you want to get a table. If you get there after the crowd comes, forget a table spot.! In my opinion, if you are going as a date, then pick a bar that will be less crowded and where you can talk such as a piano bar or a local family restaurant atmosphere.If you are just going to party, then she may have some suggestions of what she likes.Your night may end early or when the bars close and or after.
