What is visual arts? (high school class)?

answers1: At my kids' school Visual Arts is 2 dimensional art
(drawing, painting, collage, etc), but excludes photography.
Sculpture, ceramics, photography, dance, music, drama, etc. are arts
but not considered visual art at this high school.

Performing arts is drama, band, choir etc. <br>
